About Entrepreneurship Development Cell

EDC (Entrepreneurship Development Cell) was established in the year 2009 with a noble vision of bridging the gap between Industry and Academia. Various activities are undertaken by the cell for student improvement in which corporate exposure will be introduced to the student while studying and enhance a spirit of entrepreneurship. This thought process enables the difference between being an employee and an employer who can generate employment. Enhancement of the student capability as well as their association with Industry will be provided here. Entrepreneurship development cell is undergoing a greater accountability to generate the entrepreneurship skills among the students and to assist them towards guiding their goals to become a spirited and versatile entrepreneur. The cell bridges the gap between ideas to the market product. Moreover, we also provide the awareness on industrial sector to curious young minds to get perfect idea of market need and necessities. Their ideas will be supported and provided ideas on business and innovators, the procedure of launching an idea into the marker, way of commercializing the idea and motivate the students to bring out their latent spirit of Entrepreneurship. As a whole, a common engineering graduate, at the end of the course, will be turned out into an effective, spirited entrepreneur.
